Group HR & Admin Manager (Station in Zhongshan)


Job Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the PRC and Hong Kong HR teams on full spectrum of HR & admin functions including but not limited to organizational development, succession planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits, staff relations and
  2. administration
  3. Develop HR strategy to cope with the company expansion plan and uplift the HR excellence
  4. Work closely with top management team on any HR initiatives
  5. Review the group HR & Admin practices and provide strategic direction
  6. Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders to implement HR
  7. administration policies and procedures in the business and manufacturing environment
  8. Drive a culture of growth, organization changes, business transformation and positive employee relations
  9. Be a servicing partner to all business and operation units in terms of guiding growth and ensuring a comprehensive HR infrastructure in place

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum 7 years’ all-rounded human resources experience preferably in sizable/multinational company (with PRC operation);
  2. Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations, other related
  3. legislations and knowledge of PRC and Hong Kong HR regulations will be an advantage;
  4. Strong sense in responsibilities, mature, self-motivated, independent and good presentation skills;
  5. Attentive to details, well-organized, able to meet tight deadlines with quality output;
  6. Good team player with good communication and organizational skills;
  7. Strong teamwork and able to work under a fast-paced environment;
  8. Detailed minded with initiatives in dealing with various people in a multi- cultural environment;
  9. Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
