Job Requirements:

  • Prior experience with membership and loyalty reward program and customer service
  • Relevant experience focus on CRM
  • Experience in developing, executing loyalty programs, and program revamp
  • Good networking with potential joint promotions partners
  • Business Acumen – understand the competitive marketplace and ensure stay competitive
  • Excellent leadership skill to manage the team
  • Experience in Food and Beverage industry is an advantage
