Pret has over 500 shops in nine markets and serves more than 500,000 customers everyday around the world. Headquartered in London, Pret has local teams in the UK, US, France, and Hong Kong.


The Role:

Reporting into the Director of Operations, the Group Manager looks after a small cluster of Pret shops in Hong Kong.


What will I be doing?

Drive Succession: The Group Manager ensures they have the right people, in the right place, at the right time, to meet the needs of their area of the business.

Drive the Business: The Group Manager gets under the bonnet of their area of the business as if it were their own, taking full ownership for shop standards, customer experience, and their P&L.

Drive and Embed Change: The Group Manager works closely with the Pret Support Centre team and coaches and supports their managers to land meaningful and timely change in their shops.

We’d love to hear from experienced operators with:

  • At least three years of proven experience managing multiple units within a rapidly growing F&B or restaurant organisation.
  • A proven track record of delivering results in a complex, fast-paced and multi-cultural environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability to build strong teams and to achieve business goals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent level of spoken and written English (essential), Cantonese and/or Mandarin (desirable).
  • The right to live and work in Hong Kong.
