Should you join our Global Trade and Receivables Finance business, you will have an opportunity to become a business specialist in trade and receivables finance and expose yourself to various trade business modules. You will work closely with corporate customers to understand their trade needs, business uniqueness and competitive edge, to structure versatile and long-term trade financial solutions to meet their requirements and to build a close relationship with them.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as GTRF Process Management Manager.


Principal responsibilities

Digital Trade development

  • Promote and enhance digital journey for all Trade customers. Ensure competitive e-channels and relevant Trade service is provided by the bank and keep pace with other market players. The job holder will establish strong connection with all internal and external stakeholders to closely follow the global development on Digital Trade for Corporate initiative. Pro-active liaison with global teams to ensure timely deployment of Trade capability
  • Drive the implementation of Blockchain initiative to the bank. The job holder assumed strong project management skills for ensuring timely and smooth delivery as per plan and approved budget. The job holder will manage customer selection / enrolment / training etc. and also drive the utilization of the technology
  • Develop end-to-end propositions to deepen electronic channels usage. The job holder should drive continuous enhancements on channels and tracking of customer’s feedback to ensure satisfactory customer experience is provided. The job holder should also be familiar with the market status and sharpen the competitive edge of the bank
  • Drive the timely deployment of trade related system enhancement under core banking platforms and channels. Unleash potential of existing systems and provide support to grow the bank’s revenue and save cost. This includes but not limited to the Workflow Document Management system and relevant AI / OCR technology which could streamline trade document processing, and also the new generation of customer facing channels that the bank is developing



  • University degree in Business Management, Banking, Finance or a related discipline OR other relevant qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in banking / consulting / business technology, with substantial experience in transformation, project management, system management, digital banking or fintech
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Data analysis and Microsoft Office (Word / Excel) Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
