  • Good knowledge of daily arrivals and be aware of any special instructions
  • Greet and farewell all guests
  • Assistance Front Desk demand and assist in operation when required
  • Assist in maintaining an efficient flow of guests to the Front Desk through lobby duty, in particular targeting heavy demand and assisting where necessary


  • Degree or diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related discipline
  • With work experience in Front Office and Guest Relations
  • Strong interpersonal skills and service oriented
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Knowledge of other languages is an advantage
