Guest Relations Officer V VIP counter

Job duties:

  • To deliver excellent customer service to guests in the lobby
  • Greetings and serving VIP guests, handling enquiries, providing checking in and check out service and to ensure smooth operations of the VIP counter


  • Diploma or above in hospitality management
  • At least 2-3 years relevant work experience preferably in Hotel Front Office.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese is required. Knowledge in Putonghua will be a definite advantage.
  • Possess proven ability to work in a fast paced environment. Professional appearance and excellent communications and interpersonal skills are essential.
