Guest Relations Officer – Counter Operations

Responsibilities

(Long Term Contract)

The incumbent will be responsible for providing guest services, handling guest enquiries and complaints, conducting VIP visits, supporting all in-park promotions and preparing all kinds of reports, as well as providing administrative support to the Guest Services Department. Besides, he/she will carry out any ad hoc duties assigned by superiors.

Requirement

• Diploma or above in Tourism and Hospitality or related disciplines
• With practical experience in hospitality or guest-oriented job in front-line capacity is preferred
• Customer-oriented with pleasant manner
• Able to work under pressure in a fast moving environment
• Strong communication skills with solid experience in complaint handling
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Willing to work on shifts and during weekends and public holidays
