Guest Relations Officer (Concierge) (5-day work) - Ngau Chi Wan

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide superior service related to property management
  • Assist in handling customers’ enquiries and requests

Job Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above with Certificate in Property and Facility Management or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework Level 3
  • At least 2-3 years´ relevant experience in property management
  • People-oriented with full commitment to customer service
  • Proactive and able to work under high pressure
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word processing

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Guest Relations Officer.
