Guest Relations Officer (F&B Outlet)

Responsibilities:

  • Act as an ambassador for the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction with proper manner
  • Achieve performance standard in delivering consistent and quality customer service
  • Investigate, reply and follow up guests’ complaints and ensure all cases are handledpromptly, accurately and professionally
  • Collect feedback and reflect customer needs and expectations
  • Interacting with guest so as to build up and maintain harmonious relationship
  • Comply with all services requirements as well as guidelines and operating procedures.
  • Support and assist in other ad hoc duties as assigned
     

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above, preferably in hospitality or equivalent field
  • 2 year’s relevant working experience in F&B, hospitality or other similar industries are preferred
  • Self-initiative, excellent communication skills and strong sense of responsibility
  • Service-oriented, pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills.
  • Considerable knowledge of guest service principles, practices and attitude
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
  • Working Location: Central
