Job Description:

  • Carry out concierge duties
  • Follow and implement policies and protocols of customer service to enhance patient experience
  • Work closely with other department heads in the provision of seamless quality customer service
  • Welcome and assist patients and visitors and provide personalized solutions and suitable recommendations
  • Answer face-to-face, phone, and E-mail inquiries and arrange appointments
  • Assist in crowd control
  • Data entry

Job Requirements:

  • Over 4 years of experience in customer service
  • Form 5 or above
  • Proficiency in English and Cantonese. Proficiency in Mandarin is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and team player
  • Multi-tasking and good time-management is required
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office and proficient in English and Chinese word processing
  • 40 working hours per week; Concierge opening hours 8:00 – 20:00; Saturdays regular off
