The Job

  • Answer phone/email/mobile chat app inquiries in an efficient and friendly manner
  • Ensure proper working condition of the telephone switchboard and the hotel computer systems
  • Assist guests in all inquiries regarding Internet, telephone and facsimile services and hotel information
  • Provide wake-up call service to in-house guests

The Person

  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline, ideally with Hospitality specialization
  • Previous experience in call centre will be an advantage
  • Excellent in both verbal and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Working Hours

  • Several shift duties including overnight shift, 5:30am-2:30pm, 5:00pm-2:00am, etc
