Develop and maintain professionalism to deliver hospitality service for Club Floor guests
Build rapport with guests to secure repeated business
Perform Check in / out and offer concierge service to guests
Provide breakfast and cocktail service to guests
Uphold the service standard and cleanliness of the lounge to guarantee guest satisfaction
Ensure efficient refill and stock level of Food & Beverage items
Tertiary education in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
Minimum 2 years work experience in Hotel / Customer Service with at least 1 year experience in Food & Beverage preferably
Able to work independently and handle shift duties from 05:00 to 23:15
Good command of spoken English and Mandarin
Solid knowledge in Opera and computer skills is a definite advantage
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Guest Relations Agent
