The appointee is expected to deliver exceptional experience to users and clients through the provision of professional guest services. Duties include but are not limited to greeting and serving users/clients, ensuring the general upkeep and appearance of the work station and pantry area to the expected standard, coordinating with the catering team for events, and communicating user feedback to the management for immediate attention. The appointee is required to work in different outlets when needed.
Applicant should possess tertiary qualification, preferably with 3 years of relevant work experience. Applicant who have vocational diploma in hospitality, property management, or service related disciplines will also be considered. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese is required. Applicant should possess proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and demeanor, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
