Guest Service Agent - 1 Call Centre (Regular / Overnight)

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the highest standard of customer service is extended to all hotel guests
  • Provide all telephne activities and services at the 1 Call Service Centre
  • Answer all guests enquiries related to hotel activities and facilities

Requirements:

  • Certificate / Diploma in Hotel Management
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in hotel telephone, front desk or reservation is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Friendly and outgoing
