Certificate / Diploma in Hotel Management
Minimum 1 year working experience in hotel telephone, front desk or reservation is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Friendly and outgoing
