Provide all telephone related activities and services to our valuable guests
Answer guests’ enquiries relating to hotel facilities and service, transportation arrangement and other promotional items
Meet and greet with our guests and offer professional service whenever required
Handle guests’ luggage and message with care and efficiency
Certificate/ Diploma in Hotel Management is preferable
Minimum 1 year experience in hotel customer service would be an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Outgoing, service-oriented and with positive thinking
Good spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
