Guest Service Agent (Front Desk / 1 Call / Concierge)

Auberge Discovery Bay Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

  • Provide all telephone related activities and services to our valuable guests
  • Answer guests’ enquiries relating to hotel facilities and service, transportation arrangement and other promotional items
  • Meet and greet with our guests and offer professional service whenever required
  • Handle guests’ luggage and message with care and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Certificate/ Diploma in Hotel Management is preferable
  • Minimum 1 year experience in hotel customer service would be an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outgoing, service-oriented and with positive thinking
  • Good spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
