Responsibilities:

  • Handle check in and check out procedures;
  • Input data into the reservation system;
  • Greet and welcome guests; and answer their enquiries in a professional manner at all time.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Hospitality or related discipline;
  • 1 year's relevant experience;
  • Knowledge of using Opera will be an advantage;
  • Good command of written & spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin;
  • Excellent telephone manners and good customer service skills;
  • Pleasant, presentable; confident and patient;
  • Shift duty is required;
  • Fresh gradudate will also be considered.
