Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform the daily operations in private flight and cargo business;
  • Control and maintain standards of food and service quality and procedures in business operations;
  • Handle the ad-hoc problem and collect feedback from customers;
  • Maintain good relationship with customers so as to achieve total customer satisfaction.
     

REQUIREMENT

  • F.5 or above.
  • Fair English is required.
  • Valid driving licence No.1 & 2.
  • At least 1 year working experience in customer service area.
