Job Descriptions & Requirements

  • Graduate of hotel schools or hospitality training institutions
  • Minimum 6 years experience in Front Office operation and 3 years in supervisory role or above, preferably in 4/5-star hotels
  • Mature, presentable and able to work independently
  • Service oriented with professional customer service skills
  • Resolve issues related to complaints, provide service recovery if necessary
  • Professional problem solving and crisis management skill
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese and English, Putonghua is an advantage
  • Willing to work under pressure and on shift duty
