Job Summary

  • Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activating room key
  • Prepare daily and monthly reports, identify any special requests, and check reports for accuracy
  • Manpower planning and roster preparation
  • Process all reservations and Housekeeping requests and changes
  • Handling of guest complaints


  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  • Proactive and polite wtih good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of written and conversational skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • 5 years of experience in Front Office operation
