Job Description

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints / requires by phone or email
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Follow up on customer interactions
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Job Requirement

  • Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management, or related discipline is preferred
  • Experience in hotel or customer service industry will be an advantage
  • To handle and follow up incoming phone calls by guests’ requests, complaints and inquiries
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Service-oriented, pleasant personality with good communication skills
