Job Description

• hiring for serviced apartment in Kennedy Town 5 minutes walk from MTR Station.

Job Responsibilities:

• handles residents' enquiries & complaints, check in / check out, unit viewing and inspection;
• Conducts security patrol, makes record where needed.

Requirements:

• Work on shift;
• 5 days work week / 9 hours per shift;
• Good spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua;
• Possess valid Security Personnel Permit with QAS certificate or equivalent.
