Guest Service Officer - Front Desk (5 days work)

  • Responsible for checking in and checking out of hotel gusts, recording arrivals and departures in OPERA.
  • Prepare guests folios and keep the room status up-to-date for occupied, vacant and unclean room.
  • Ensure the highest standard of customer service at the Reception Desk.


  • Certificate / Diploma in Hotel Management is preferable
  • With 1 year experience in hotel Front Desk would be an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office
  • Proficient in both spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
