Guest Service Officer - Front Desk (5 days work)
Job MatcherResponsibilities:
- Responsible for checking in and checking out of hotel gusts, recording arrivals and departures in OPERA.
- Prepare guests folios and keep the room status up-to-date for occupied, vacant and unclean room.
- Ensure the highest standard of customer service at the Reception Desk.
Requirements:
- Certificate / Diploma in Hotel Management is preferable
- With 1 year experience in hotel Front Desk would be an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in the use of MS Office
- Proficient in both spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
