Guest Service Officer - Full-time / Part-time / Night Shift

Responsibilities

  • Handle all kinds of front desk duties including but not limited check-in/ check-out, reservation, telephone answering and transfer;
  • Handle guest enquiries and complaints in a professional manner;
  • Perform administrative support such as preparation of report to manager and department heads

 

Qualifications

  • F5 or above, certificate in hospitality management or related disciplines preferred
  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Pleasant and positive personality, mature and attentive to details
  • Customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Immediate available is highly preferable
