  • Deliver upmarket hotel-like services to tenants and visitors of Grade A office building with provision of one-stop service at the concierge
  • Visit tenants regularly to solicit views for continuous enhancements in customer services


  • Grade E / Level 2 / “Attained” or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent, including English and Chinese Languages
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience, preferably gained in hospitality / property / aviation industry
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably with proficiency in other languages
  • Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and customer services skills
  • Hands-on experience in various software applications


  • Required to wear uniform and perform shift duties on irregular patterns of hours
