You will deliver upmarket hotel-like services to tenants and visitors of Grade A office building and provide one-stop services at the concierge. You will pay regular visits to solicit comments and opinions from tenants for continuous improvement of customer services. You will wear uniform and perform shift duties on irregular patterns of hours.
You should have Grade E / Level 2 / “Attained" or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent, including English and Chinese Languages with at least 2 years’ experience. Experience in hospitality / property industry is an advantage. You should have a pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and customer services skills, hands-on experience in various software applications and good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in other language is an advantage.
