Guest Service Officer (service apartment)

Responsible for guests Check-in & Check-out, handle guests complaints and requests, answer guests enquires, prepare reports for manager.                                

• Diploma or above in related disciplines
• Proficiency in written, spoken English, Mandarin (Putonghua), Cantonese
• Cooperative, Independent, pay attention to details and able to work under pressure
• Fresh graduates will also be considered 
• Work location – Tin Hau
