Responsibilities

  • Support all kinds of front desk duties including answer guests enquiries, check-in, check-out, guests room viewing / selling, bookings input and cashiering
  • Provide all-round premium services to hotel guests
  • Assistance of reports to department heads

Qualifications

  • Certificate or above in hospitality management or related disciplines
  • Fresh graduates are welcome with training experience preferred
  • Mature, service-oriented, attentive to detail and positive
  • Being customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills are added advantages
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Shift duty is required
  • 5 days work week
  • Candidates with more experience will consider as Senior Guest Service Officer
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
