Job Description

  • Assist guests in checking-in and checking-out
  • Provide information to guests’ enquiries
  • Patrol hotel premises in order to ensure the safety and security of the guests, staff and Hotel
  • Offer concierge service to guests


Job Requirement

  • Diploma holder in Hospitality, Travel and Tourism Management or related disciplines
  • Knowledge of Opera system is preferred
  • Multi skills in administration and operations tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, ability to speak other languages are highly preferred
  • Fresh graduates with relevant academic background are also considered
  • Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit would be an advantage
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Guest Service Officer
