Responsibilities

  • Provide quality services and handle guests’ enquiries and complaints
  • Handle emergencies and other challenges that may occur during the assigned shift
  • Acts as Duty Manager for monitoring and providing assistant for Front Office operation
  • Acts as a coach and provide training to team members
  • Responsible for on-day room sales and night audit management
  • Carry out room inspection for VIP guests
  • Ensure the cross departmental communication  
  • Shift duty is required

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline
  • 4-5 years relevant experiences
  • Mature, detail-minded, strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good proficiency in written and spoken in English and Chinese. Putonghua and Japanese knowledge would be an advantage
