Guest Service Supervisor (Front Desk)

Auberge Discovery Bay Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

  • To be accountable for efficient provision of Front Desk by guiding, directing, supervising and participating in the Reception activities.
  • To develop customer relations by providing effective Front Desk service such as VIPs, special attention customer and regular customers’ requests are being fulfilled.
  • Share recommendations and customer comments to Duty Manager.

Requirements:

  • Certificate / Diploma in Hotel Management is preferable
  • With 2 years experience in hotel Front Desk would be an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office
  • Proficient in both spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
