To develop customer relations by providing effective Front Desk service such as VIPs, special attention customer and regular customers’ requests are being fulfilled.
Share recommendations and customer comments to Duty Manager.
Certificate / Diploma in Hotel Management is preferable
With 2 years experience in hotel Front Desk would be an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in the use of MS Office
Proficient in both spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
