Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise Front Office team to ensure smooth operations and maintain service standards
  • Provide the highest standard of customer service, including check-in and check-out services
  • Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in front office operations
  • Familiar with Opera System and MS Office
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Mature and independent with good leadership, customer-oriented and interpersonal skills
  • Immediate available is preferred
