Responsibilities

  • Provide professional customer services to the guests.
  • Responsible for check-in, check-out services for the guests.
  • Ensure room assignment is in line with guest requests.

Requirements

  • Diploma holder or above in hospitality management or related disciplines.
  • 0-1 year relevant experience in the hotel industry.
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Hotel Property Management System (PMS) is preferred.
