

The incumbent will be responsible for creating excellent guest experience via all guest areas at ticketing & enquiry counter, admission gate and cabana area. He/she has to handle guest comments and requests appropriately according to the standard operations procedure. He/she will also assist to executive inventory/stock take activities in order to ensure efficient stock remains on hand at all times. He/she has to maintain a professional self-image of the highest standards within the Park and complete any additional tasks required by the superiors.
