Guest Services Centre Officer

The Murray

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and greet callers in a friendly, professional manner
  • Responsible for taking and handling internal and external telephone calls efficiently
  • Responsible for inputting and handling incoming restaurant reservations, provide clients with accurate and relevant information about the Hotel services, facilities and offers
  • Use the selling skills in order to optimize hotel revenue and display at all times, high level of customer service

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree holder of Hospitality Management, Tourism or related disciplines
  • With solid customer service experience in hotel, tourism or aviation industry 
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Putonghua and English 
  • Willing to have shift duty and able to handle ad hoc duties
  • Basic understanding in telephone operator duties
