Guest Services Lead (Water World)

The incumbent will be responsible for creating excellent guest experience and handling guest enquiries via all guest areas at ticketing & enquiry counter, admission gate and cabana area. He/she has to be knowledgeable of all systems and procedures and ensure effective execution. He/she will also assist to check documents submitted by ticket sellers against computer sales records and to prepare various reports to senior management. He/she has to maintain a professional self-image of the highest standards within the Park and follow-up guest comments and requests to relevant with appropriate departments.



  • Degree in hospitality or other related disciplines
  • With at least 3 years’ working experience in hospitality industry and guest-oriented job
  • Mature, independent with excellent interpersonal, communication and coaching skills
  • Flexible and decisive with strong problem-solving ability
  • High adaptable to change and fast pace operations
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
  • Computer literacy in MS Office
  • Willing to work outdoors and on shifts, including weekends and public holidays
