Managed by the Guangdong (International) Hotel Management Group, a hotel chain with over 50 hotels located in Hong Kong, Macau, Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River delta and other regions, GDH Hotel is a four star hotel conveniently located at Tsimshatsui. We are looking for high caliber candidate to fill up the following position.

Guest Services Manager

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related disciplines 
  • At least 5 years supervisory experience in Front Office operation
  • Excellent skills in guest relations and crisis management 
  • Strong organization and leadership skills
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese (Putonghua) and English
  • PC skill in MS office and Chinese Word processing
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
