We are looking for high caliber candidate to fill up the following position.

Guest Services Manager

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or related disciplines 
  • At least 5 years supervisory experience in Front Office operation
  • Excellent skills in guest relations and crisis management 
  • Strong organization and leadership skills
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese (Putonghua) and
  • English
  • PC skill in MS office and Chinese Word processing
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
  •
