Guest Services Manager

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent guest services to ensure guest satisfactions at all times
  • Represent the Hotel Management in the absence of the senior management and to bring the outstanding issues to the notice of respective department heads and follow up when it is necessary
  • Receive guests’ queries and handle all complaints whenever it is necessary

Requirement

  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant hotel front office working experience of which 2 years’ at hotel duty manager’s role
  • Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
