  • Lead a team to supervise the front office and concierge
  • Monitor room occupancy forecast
  • Advise with management and sales staff on reservation status
  • Determines rate structure for daily pick up
  • Supervise room rates offered
  • Spot checks VIP guest rooms
  • Perform Ad hoc job duties


  • Diploma or above in hospitality management or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 5 years relevant experience preferably in hotel industry
  • Knowledge of Opera System is preferred
  • Pleasant personality, customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua and other language would be an asset
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
