Responsibilities:

  • Responsibilities for the daily operations of Front Desk and Guest Services, including but not limited to check in/out logistics, guest enquiries, greeting & servicing hotel guests particulars in VIP guest, ensure the quality of hotel services standard
  • Handle emergency cases in accordance with hotel policies and procedures, such as ensuring the safety and security of all hotel guests and hotel staff
  • To analyze the guest feedback and recommend appropriate enhancement
  • To work with internal and external parties to ensure high quality of services is delivered
  • To assist the Hotel Guest Loyalty Programme
  • Performs ad-hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience, with 2 years at supervisory level
  • Overnight shift is required
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Mature, independent, proactive, service-oriented and attentive to detail
  • Service oriented with pleasant personality
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Chinese

(Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Guest Services Manager)
