- Provides day to day supervision and direction to all Front Office staff under the guidance of the Front Office Manager in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards established by the Hotel

- Degree or Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related discipline

- Good interpersonal and communications skills

- Service-oriented, independent and have a sense of urgency

- Well versed in computer literacy

- Fluent in spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)

- Minimum 10 years experience in Front Office operations, in which 2 years in supervisory level

- Less experience will be considered as Assistant Guest Services Manager
