Guest Services Manager

Responsibilities:

  • To assist in the overall control and daily operations of Front Office and Guest Services
  • To handle guest enquiries and complaints, as well as any emergency issues in a professional manner
  • Responsible for the managing and supervising all front desk staff, particular in quality of services
  • To maintain and improve the guest relationship
  • To analyze guest feedback and recommend appropriate enhancement
  • To work with internal and external parties to ensure high quality of services is delivered
  • Performs any other reasonable duties as required by the Management from time to time

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience, with 2 years at supervisory level
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Mature, independent, proactive, service-oriented and attentive to detail
  • Service oriented with pleasant personality
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Chinese
