GUEST SERVICES MANAGER

Metropark Hotel Mongkok, Hong Kong

  • Responsibilities for the daily operations of Front Desk and Guest Services, including but not limited to check in/out logistics, guest enquiries, greeting & servicing hotel guests particulars in VIP guest, ensure the quality of hotel services standard
  • To work with internal and external parties to ensure high quality of services is delivered
  • To maintain comments and complaints relating to service standards and take any necessary action to achieve the highest level of hospitality service

 

 

  • Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Front Office supervisory level
  • Service-oriented with sound knowledge in Front Office operation
  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Independent and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Must be permanent residents of the Hong Kong SAR

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Guest Services Manager
