Job Duties

  • As a duty manager, supervises the front office, particularly in the quality of services, and ensure seamless co-ordination of different departments
  • Provides excellent guest services to ensure guest satisfactions receive all guests’ queries and handles complaints
  • Handles any emergency issues in a professional manner, reports any unusual incidents with appropriate follow up
  • Performs any other duties as required by the Hotel Management

Job Requirements

  • Diploma holder of the Hospitality Management or related discipline
  • Minimum of 6 years relevant experience in hotel’s front office of which 2 years at supervisory level
  • Service-oriented and a sense of urgency
  • Well versed in computer literacy
  • Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
