Key Responsibilities

  • Perform Front Office operations including reservations, reception and cashiering
  • Handle guest enquiries, requests or other services up to the standards and ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements

  • Certificate holder in Front Office Operation or Hospitality Management preferred
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Familiar with Opera System an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and outgoing personality
