  • Greet and escort restaurant guests in a professional manner
  • Project a friendly and professional image and ensure leaving a positive first impression with customers
  • Receive incoming calls with courtesy, display confidence when communicating with callers, and attend to their enquiries efficiently and accurately
  • Check restaurant emails and respond to them accordingly
  • Maintain an accurate floor plan, guest reservation record, guest preferences and history
  • Assist the service staff in floor operation whenever necessary
  • Assist in preparing tailor-made menus for guests and the printing of menus
  • Process clients’ requests accurately and inform all related colleagues and departments in a timely manner
  • Solicit feedback from guests concerning the service and food & beverage offerings
  • Conduct competitive research
  • Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction by delighting guests in dining experiences, anticipating guests’ needs and exceeding their expectations, even when under stress



  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in the hospitality industry. Relevant experience in hotel would be an advantage
  • Holder of certificate / diploma in Hotel and Catering Operations or related discipline would be an advantage
  • Good customer service, excellent phone etiquette, communications and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, passionate, customer-focused and a multitasker
  • Possess retentive memory to recognize guests’ faces
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Putonghua knowledge would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of restaurant reservation systems, MS Office, and AI
