Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling hotel incoming customer calls and transfer calls to respective departments
  • Process all reservation and Housekeeping requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail
  • Answering guests’ enquiries and assist guests for hotel information

Qualifications

  • Degree / Diploma holder in hotel management or related discipline
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in hotel experience is an advantage
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua is a plus
  • Customer and service orientated
