Provide general information to guests in a good and helpful manner
Handle and resolve guest’s complaints and establish good relationship with guests in the Hotel
Maintain proper records of luggage, parcels and letters kept at Concierge for guests
Ensure all luggage are delivered and collected accurately, efficiently and timely
Supervise and delegate duties to subordinates and prepare their work schedules as required
Preferably with 1 year of relevant working experience
Certificate or above in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline
Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Excellent customer services and interpersonal skills
Proactive, detail-minded with pleasant personality
